◈ Cancelling Your Pact (Subscription)

You can end the monthly Hearken Pact at any time from your Sanctuary using End the Pact at period end. The Pact remains active until the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges will be made. No reason, no questions.

The Wayfarer Pass is a one-time 24-hour binding. It does not renew and nothing needs to be cancelled — access simply ends.

◈ EU / EEA / UK — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, ch. 6), consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment a contract is concluded.

Frostveil delivers digital content and digital services that are made available immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout, you give your express prior consent to begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun and (for digital content) once delivery has started. This is permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) and KSL 6:16 §.

If you do not want immediate access and wish to preserve your 14-day withdrawal right, do not complete checkout — contact us first at hello@frostveiloracle.com.

If you believe a charge was made in error, the service was materially defective, or you did not in fact receive the digital content, contact us within 14 days and we will refund in full. Disputes can also be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

◈ United States

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Sanctuary and will not renew after the current period. Charges already incurred for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable, but we will issue a refund where required by applicable state law (including subscription auto-renewal disclosure laws such as California ARL) or where a charge is the result of a billing error or service failure. ◈ Canada

Canadian consumers may cancel their subscription at any time from the Sanctuary. Refunds for digital content already delivered are not guaranteed but will be granted where required by applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (e.g. the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, Quebec Consumer Protection Act) — including unauthorised charges, undelivered services, or material misrepresentation. ◈ Rest of the World

For consumers outside the EU/EEA/UK, US, and Canada, the same baseline applies: cancel any time, no further charges, and we honour refund obligations that apply under your local mandatory consumer protection law.

◈ How to Request a Refund

Write to hello@frostveiloracle.com from the email address on your account. Include the approximate date and amount of the charge. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days by our payment processor (Stripe).
