To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frostveil and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, reliance upon, or inability to use the site or its content.

Frostveil is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
◈ Subscriptions, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel the Hearken Pact at any time from your Sanctuary; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Wayfarer Pass is a one-time 24-hour binding that does not renew. Frostveil delivers digital content and services that begin immediately upon purchase — by completing checkout, EU/EEA/UK consumers give express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m); Finnish Consumer Protection Act 6:16 §). ◈ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence — including EU/EEA, UK, US state, and Canadian provincial consumer protection law — always apply where they are more favourable. EU consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
◈ Changes to the Service
The Keepers of Frostveil reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Frostveil Oracle — in whole or in part, with or without prior notice — at any time and for any reason. Where reasonably possible, active subscribers will be notified in advance and will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period in the event of permanent discontinuation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Keepers are not liable for any loss arising from such changes, suspensions, or discontinuation.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Frostveil after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
